Does Europe issue lots of non-Euro denominated ABS or who is issuing all the ABS reported by ABalert?

ABSalert is reporting all securitizations regardless of who is actually buying or funding them.
Currently, almost all european securitizations are custom-made for ECB funding, obviously that can’t go on forever, so they want, rightly, to revive the private market.
