		<description>I would start with a clear, credible exit strategy. As long as that doesn&#039;t happen they are creating more uncertainty, not less. And the record of the fed speaks for itself, after nearly 2 years of gimmickry are we better or worse off than before? You tell me.</description>

		<description>Agreed, there is little improvement in credit markets except where manipulated/subsidized/guaranteed by the govt, safe bet that most programs will need to be extended again later.</description>
